
Computer and Insomnia and sleeplessness/anxiety????
recently i have been on the computer a lot and looking at a very many sites.. i work on my book. go on craigslist because i gotta move and i go on a virtual reality site and news sites.. i do suffer from insomnia but lately i have been having nightmares, and sleepless fits, tossing turning, feeling like there is a screen behind my eyes, seeing numbers and letters as i am sleeping and my mind is going nuts…just feeling anxious a lot..anybody experiencing the same thing, or you have any ideas how to calm this down? i feel so jittery and wierd lately. this wasn’t happening before a month ago….
I work in computer morethan 12 hrs a day, doing many similar things like u. But before going to bed i listen,love my favorite songs. I just try to dream the songs with my eyes closed. just some 20 minutes. I have no dreams- computer working,software,matrix….or nightmares. just wonderfull dreams like children playing.
