Would you be brave enough to eat any of these burgers?
Edit:
Venezuelan “La Diabla” Burger: No wonder it’s translated as “the devilish.” Sold from a street cart in Caracas, Venezuela, this one layers: ketchup, mayo, mustard, onions, cabbage, shoestring potatoes, more ketchup, mayo and mustard, avocado, tomato, burger patty, chorizo, chicken, eggs and bacon, and a mountain of shredded Roquefort cheese. http://aht.seriouseats.com/archives/2008/10/in-videos-the-making-of-a-venezuelan-street-vendor-burger.html
Edit:
Megadeath Burger: For health reasons, you have to be over 18 to order this, and can’t have heart problems, anxiety, or asthma. Available at Wall Diner in Wellington Point, Australia, the “world’s hottest hamburger” contains chili jam, chili powder, jalapenos, and habañero sauce — all in quantities any sane person would not voluntarily eat.

Actually, I’m sure they would both be okay to eat, but they both sound more like casseroles than burgers. You’d have to eat them with a spoon.
Just because you CAN add more stuff doesn’t mean you should. ∠°)

Ive been researching medicine for anxiety and depression, but all the drugs have the conditions as side effect?
Ive been researching medicine for anxiety and depression, but all the drugs have the conditions as side effect?
Ive been researching the common medications, and talking to a nurse, and im going to the doctor soon. My condition is extremelly serious, im not elaborating but just take that into account. Ive been on various anti-depressants and anxiety medication, i marked the brands for anti-ds down as they caused weight gain and caused me to feel like a total zombie and my school work suffered. And my anxiety medication i was perscribed was ineffective and herbal on my anxiety disorder which is very severe.
The brands i have researched are the common:
Valium, Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, Prozac, etc etc
and each one has side effects of
depressed mood, thoughts of suicide or hurting yourself; increased anxiety,
How does this work :/
Peoples neurochemistries are all very different and unpredictable. So, when it comes to psychiatric medications it can often take more than one try to find the one that works. The truth is, science is not 100% sure about everything in the brain. Because you cannot cut into it a lot when a person is living we can’t observe directly what is happening like we do with the rest of the system. The nerve cells that make up our brains are structurally identical to the ones that help us feel and move, so we still don’t know why they can make us have thought, memory, and all that other stuff the brain does.
Now you understand that brain medicine isn’t exact. No ones fault, it’s just in the early parts of the journey of discovery. There were times when they didn’t know exactly how the other internal organs worked either.
So, taking into account that everyones neurochemistry is different a certain percentage of people in the clinical trials are going to have exactly the opposite reaction to antidepressants – depression or anxiety. If it happens in some people it means they have to list it as a possible side effect. What the patient should do then, is talk to their doctor and switch to another antidepressant and see if that works better with their individial brain chemistry.
It’s all about finding the right combination of chemicals in the pill that fits with the unique combination of chemicals in your brain!

My doctor prescribed me Wellbutrin yesterday for focus and anxiety issues, and today was my first time on it. I have been doing research and I’ve read a lot of negative reviews that scare me. I am very apprehensive about continuing this drug. I am in college and my term is coming to an end, and I don’t want to screw this up. Any thoughts?
I have been taking it now for almost a year and have not had any ill effects. They do vary a bit from person to person so if that one is not for you your Dr may try a different one. Good luck.
