Okay so earlier i had a doctor appointment to see what they can do for my anxiety as i need to sit an important exam tomorrow, they told me they couldn’t give me medication as im only 15, but recommended some type of Calming solution from the local chemist,
So I have just bought Bach’s Rescue Remedy Spray, Rescue Remedy drops, and Rescue Pastilles, as i suffer from Anxiety, and have an exam tomorrow, am i able to take all of these solutions at the same time?
Such as. 2 sprays of the Rescue Remedy Spray. One Pastille, and 4 drops of the Rescue remedy drops.
The anxiety as bad, and i have not been to School in months because of it, and need to get these exams done! Please can someone help as the exam is tomorrow and i really need to do this!

I hope I am not too late to give you some suggestions. I hope the Rescue Remedy helps (you do only need one type), but I am wondering if maybe some deep breathing and relaxation techniques might be helpful for you also?
Taking deep slow breaths, breathe out the anxiety and breathe in peaceful feelings. Picture placing the reasons for your anxiety on a cloud and letting the wind carry it away, far past the horizon. Or writing your worries in the sand on a beach’s edge and let the waves erase them.
At the very least, practice deep breathing. A lot of the time, we contribute to our own anxiety by breathing too fast and too shallow, or holding our breath and not realizing it. This reduces the oxygen we are taking in and reduced oxygen can increase anxiety.

i bin told i av ibs which is fine, but its all the stomach noises that are driving me crazy!!! im on acidophilus, peppermint caps, dnt drink milk only soya. You’re probably fine: my stomach makes noises like that all the time – particularly when I’m stressed (?!?!) or when I’ve eaten something that doesn’t necessarily agree with me. It doesn’t always mean I’m going to be ill though.
Seeing as you’ve got IBS you’re gonna be even more likely to have funny noises going on in there. If it continues to bother you just go get it checked out at the doctors, they’ll probably to tell you it’s just to do with the syndrome.
