how to get over anxiety disorder
How do you get over Social anxiety disorder?

What do you do? I want to know how to do it naturally. I don’t care how long it takes. I want an effective way of dealing with this problem of mine. I am sick of being afraid of people judging me. It has gotten better over the years, but the job is not done.

I want to truly believe that am no less than anyone else. I want to be free in front of others. I want to stop overanalyzing everything I have said or done to people. I will NOT suffer from something so debillitating when I see others who are not suffering like I am. I will not settle for less.

How do I do this?

If you consider a therapist to be a “natural” way to end your social anxiety, then you can see a therapist. This professional (who will probably a psychologist) will help you in dealing with social situations without pharmacological interventions.

For the record, you don’t have a disorder—it is common for people to feel inferior in front of others. People often worry about what others think about them. That’s it! Whenever you are around others, just know that they are worried about how you are judging them. Empower yourself by being the judge, not the judged.

Whatever solution you seek, you will eventually see that what others think really doesn’t matter at all. Not everyone will agree with your choices, so it’s good to come to that realization.

Good Luck!
